The world is changing rapidly with new emerging sciences and technologies, the global issues of climate change, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the SCA aims to rebuild a strategic plan at this stage where the emerging advances in science and technology are integrated. The term “science” implies here an inclusive perspective of Social, Natural and Biological Sciences.
