The PAL color signal is decoded and the hue is rotated in reverse at quadrature 2-phase modulation. The encoded signal is A/D converted and written to the two line memories alternatery. The signal stored memory is read out reversely except horizontal sync and converted to the inverse scanning signal with DAC. As regards inverse scanning of the SECAM system, we calculated a transfer function of signals, and confirmed reappearance of original signal by simulation.
