The aim of this presentation is to discuss on barriers to introduce the communication and rehabilitation robots in the hospital and elderly institutions through the results of clinical evaluation of Pepper robot applications and future development issues. If anthropomorphic robots will be used for nursing care and rehabilitation for older people, it will critical to consider how to develop it by interdisciplinary research based on scientific evidences. It should be aimed to improve the performance of humanoid robots, in order to heal and care the older people, and prevent the progression of dementia. Also, if such robot support can be incorporated as a reward in the system of medical or long-term care fees, further research and development will be expected to proceed. Moreover, to introduce humanoid robots into the fields of nursing care healthcare and welfare, economic and ethico-legal research are essential.

本研究の目的は，2016年卒業の新卒者を対象とした採用活動（2016年卒採用）において発生した種々の革新の中でとりわけ発生件数が多かった「多様な入口の設定」に注目して，こうした革新が，どのような企業において，なぜ同時発生的に出現したのか，ということを実証的に明らかにすることである。人的資源の多様性をめぐって，これまで人材マネジメントの領域では，異なる雇用区分にある多様な従業員をどのようにマネジメントするかという問題が，ダイバーシティの領域では同一の雇用区分内で社員が多様化することの影響と多様性のマネジメントの問題が，それぞれ議論されてきた。対して採用研究においては，多様性の問題がきわめて限定的に扱われているに過ぎず，総じて，日本企業で起こりつつある「多様な入り口の設定」に関して，わかっていることは少ない。そこで本研究では，Ragin（1987）によって提唱された質的比較分析（qualitative comparative analysis :QCA）を用いて，こうした問題の検討を行った。分析の結果，こうした革新は，採用活動への危機意識や不安や業績の低下，急成長といった単一の原因条件だけではそれが起らないこと，革新はむしろ，こうした初期条件の上に，企業そのものの急成長や業績低下といった変化が重なったことで，多様な人的資源を取り込むことへの要求が組織にとって無視できないほど大きくなった結果として起こったということが確認された。

前回 (1) (高橋, 2011) では、ウェーバーの「鉄の檻」が実はパーソンズの誤英訳で、本当は「殻」の意味だったことを知って想像力をかきたてられた。産業の黎明期には、幼弱な企業を保護する「殻」が存在していたはずである。それを経営学では「殻」とは呼ばずに別の様々な名称を与えてきた。今回の (2) では、T型フォードを取り上げ、この「殻」に護符のごとくしがみつくことで、フォード社が驚異的な急成長を遂げるまでを描く。それが「殻」として企業の動きを拘束する場面については (3) に続く。
