The structure and behavior of corporations seems to change drastically in the 21st century. Japanese companies face many social problems such as aged society, economically-matured society, drastic development of information technology, and globalization. Their main strategies will also change from scale merits to speed merits, economy of combination, control by stock-ownership, and evaluation of performance by cash-flow. The relation between employees and their company will also transformed to the principles of employee's autonomy, employability and performance.
