    Genotoxicity and carcinogenicity profiles of drugs occasionally vary across species due to species difference in drug metabolic profile. To clarify the effect of species differences in the metabolic profile on micronucleus induction, we conducted an in vitro micronucleus test for seven clastogens (benzo[a]pyrene: BaP, cyclophosphamide monohydrate: CPA coumarin, diclofenac, piroxicam, lansoprazole, and chlorpheniramine) with rat, mouse, monkey, dog, or human liver S9. BaP, CPA, coumarin, diclofenac, piroxicam, and lansoprazole induced micronucleus formation with all species of S9s, whereas chlorpheniramine did not induce micronucleus formation in any of the S9s. BaP and CPA revealed remarkable species differences in micronucleus induction, whereas coumarin, diclofenac, piroxicam, and lansoprazole did not present any differences. Interestingly, the amounts of hydroxy-BaP-epoxides and phosphamide mustard, which might be associated with micronucleus induction by BaP and CPA, respectively, were correlated with the degree of micronucleus induction among the five species. In conclusion, the species difference in micronucleus induction by BaP and CPA was attributable to the differences in the metabolic profiles of these drugs among species. Our results indicate that it is crucial to understand the effect of species differences in the metabolic profile of drug candidates on genotoxicity and carcinogenicity potential and to predict their risk in human.

    The metabolomic profiles of rat primary hepatocytes following treatment with rotenone, FCCP, or (+)-usnic acid were determined using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Significant and similar changes in the levels of 283 biochemical metabolites were associated with the three treatments compared with solvent control samples. Overall, the three treatments generated similar global biochemical profiles, with some minor differences associated with rotenone treatment. All three treatments resulted in a shift in energy metabolism as demonstrated by decreased glycogen stores and glycolysis. A reduced antioxidant response was detected in cells following all treatments. In addition, bile acid biosynthesis decreased as a potential consequence of increased oxidative stress by all three treatments. Conversely, rotenone treatment induced a number of changes after 1 hr, which were not detected in FCCP- or (+)-usnic acid-treated samples; these changes were not sustained over time and included increased NAD+ salvage and lysine degradation. In conclusion, these biochemical profiles could provide new insights into the mechanism(s) of mitochondrial toxicity.

    本論ではデジタルトランスフォーメーション時代のシステムの特徴をアーキテクチャ面から整理し、従来から提唱されているパースレイヤーアプローチを改めて採用する必要が出てきたことを示すとともに、その場合のIT部門の組織例についても提案する。

     In this paper, we are targeting on reinforcement works which has serious influence on the quality of the superstructure from among various kinds of construction work, focusing on information necessary for the building process from design to construction. We clarified the issue for utilize information on reinforcing work by Field survey and analysis. As a result of this, we will summarize basic knowledge on new methods of management of production information utilizing ICT.
     We investigated the workflow of the reinforcing bar bending factory, interviewed the rebar sub-contractors and observed the reinforcing work on the construction site; therefore, we grasp of the production information in the reinforcing work in detail. In addition, we investigated where ICT is used in the flow of information. As a result, the following knowledge was obtained.
     1) Production process can be categorized into four types, "drafting", "bar bending", "placing of rebar", "inspection".
     2) Information on the management items "drafting" and "inspection" is obtained from the structure drawing and the construction drawing. Because their information is an element unit.
     3) Management items of "bar bending" and "placing of bar" obtain information from "bending schedule" and "bending instruction tag". Because their information corresponds to materials.
     4) The digital information of the rebar bending process is used to create of "reinforce drawing", "bending schedule", "bending instruction tag", and it is applied to progress management and inspection in the reinforcing bar bending factory. Among them, software that creates "bending instruction tag" is developed by reinforcing bar bending factory himself.
     In addition to hearing within the reinforcing bar bending factory, interviews to a foreman of reinforcement works in the construction site were conducted twice and process analysis was performed. As a result, the following knowledge was obtained.
     1) Inside the reinforcing bar bending factory, workers are himself conduct sampling inspection of bending reinforcing bars. The confirmation items at that time are the information on the dimensions stated in "bending instruction tag".
     2) After bending work at the factory, "bending instruction tag" is used until distribution to work place on site. At the placing of bar used information of "reinforce drawing", and for final inspection "structure drawing" is used.
     3) The sub-contractor of the reinforcing bar performs the self-check during the placing of bar. A general contractor will inspect after the placing of bar is completed.
     We clarified the following contents from the investigation of the actual situation of the whole process of reinforcement works and workflow analysis.
     1) In reinforcement work information for connecting design and construction, the bend and check information is intensive on "bend command tag". The information described in the "structural diagram" is referred to in the creation of "construction drawing", "reinforce drawing" and "bending schedule", but bar bending, transportation, distribution and placing of bar bending Information of instruction tag is used.
     2) Since the information to be referred to changes during the process, it has the risk of mistakes in converting information.
     The workflow of the reinforcement work was partially optimized because the work was divided finely. Therefore, a mechanism for preventing a mistake of work between each work was not constructed. From now on, we think that the division of responsibility and roles in the production process in rebar work progresses more. In order to overcome the situation, it is possible to improve "productivity" by proceeding with "visualization" and "sharing" of information on bending processing and arranging muscle, and by not sending defective products to the subsequent process, and using ICT and BIM are important.

    Recommender systems are becoming an indispensable application and re-shaping the world in e-commerce scopes. This paper reviews the major problems in the existing recommender systems and presents a tracking recommendation approach based on information of user's behavior and two-level property of items. A new recommendation model based the synergistic use of knowledge from repository, which includes user's behavior, and items property was constructed and utilizes the Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) mapping to guide a personalized recommendation for user. We simulate a prototype recommender system that can make the quality recommendation by tracking user's behavior for implementing the proposed approach and testing its performance. Experiments using two datasets show our strategy was more robust against the drawbacks and preponderate over traditional recommendation approaches in cold-start conditions.

    This paper describes a hybrid recommendation approach for discovering individual users' potential preferences from multidimensional clustering view. The proposed approach aims to help users reach a decision to meet their diverse demands and provide the target user with highly idiosyncratic or more diverse recommendations. To this end, we propose a hybrid approach that incorporates multidimensional clustering into a collaborative filtering recommendation model to provide a quality recommendation. The proposed approach also provides a flexible solution for improving recommendation diversity and achieves a tradeoff between recommendation accuracy and diversity. The performance of proposed approach is evaluated using a public movie dataset and compared with two representative recommendation algorithms. The empirical results demonstrate that our proposed approach performs superiorly on increasing recommendation diversity while maintaining recommendation accuracy.

    In this research, for the purpose of presenting a method for evaluating the efficiency of processing and assembly for reinforcing bar construction in an integrated manner, the work performed by technicians is quantitatively analyzed, and the work time, operation analysis, and labor cost are described. We think that the results of this research can be basic data for improving the efficiency of rebar construction.

    Looking at the labor efficiency of the entire manufacturing process, the largest value is wall 4.93 (h / ton). Next, beam (thin) 4.27 (h / ton) is the largest. This is due to the large number of reinforcing bars and the number of tags that are both cut and bent, so it can be inferred that the setup work time is long in both the cutting and bending processes. The labor efficiency of setup is larger for thin reinforcing bars than for thick reinforcing bars. It can be inferred that the reason is that the thin reinforcing bars have a larger number of reinforcing bars and the number of tags for both cutting and bending, and the setup work time is longer in both the cutting and bending processes.

    The efficiency is 0.8 (man-day / ton) for the beam, followed by 1.6 (man-day / ton) for the slab. The construction time of the beam is about 2.6 times that of the wall, and the efficiency is 0.8 the beam, which is about 2.2 times more efficient than the wall. Although it takes a long time to assemble the beam due to associated work such as distribution of reinforcing bars and movement of equipment, the weight per reinforcing bar is heavy, so the numerical value on the efficiency is evaluated efficiently. On the other hand, in the assembly of thin reinforcing bars such as walls and floors, the efficiency of numerical values on the efficiency is evaluated low despite the large proportion of main work.

    The working time is 1/3 to 1/5 of the construction work, and the time per weight is about twice that of beams and columns for walls and floors. Based on these results, it is possible to point out the effectiveness of prefabrication at the manufacturing stage in order to improve the construction efficiency of walls and floors. For floors, increasing construction efficiency leads to a reduction in the number of temporary workers who are called as support, so it is thought that the effect of passing on the work time to the manufacturing stage is great. However, since it is expected that temporary storage and transportation efficiency will become issues, the need for technological development in these areas can be presented as an issue.

    As a result of comparing the working hours per weight for each part, it was clarified that the distribution in manufacturing and the distribution in on-site construction site are different, and that improving the efficiency of thin reinforcing bars is a common issue in manufacturing and assembly. Since the instructions for manufacturing are based on the foreman's rebar list, the efficiency of the rebar construction may be affected by the foreman's ability to supervise the entire manufacturing and assembly. How to evaluate the integrated efficiency of such a single project and the efficiency of parallel manufacturing of multiple projects in a manufacturing plant is a future issue.

     In this research, we targeted the defect of rebar manufacturing at rebar manufacturing factory, and consider how to ensure quality in rebar manufacturing by analyzing the relevance of manufacturing process and manufacturing information. The result of this consideration will be the basic data for realizing the use of ICT and BIM that contribute not only to ensuring quality but also to improving productivity by building a system that can consistently manage digitized manufacturing information.

     At the rebar manufacturing factory, “manufacturing instruction” is created. Manufacturing instruction was created using computer software. There are 16 items of production information described in the “manufacturing instruction” used at the manufacturing factory investigated, 9 items are used only at the manufacturing site, 6 items are common with the construction site, and 1item was used only at the construction site. QR codes are printed on the “manufacturing instruction”, and manufacturing information is automatically set by reading it into a manufacturing machine that supports QR codes.

     The largest number of defects in the rebar manufacturing factory were 33.3% of "manufacturing shape", followed by 27.1% of "number of manufacturing" and "loading". These three items account for 87.5% of all defects. There was a 5.2% error in creating the “manufacturing instruction”. The place where the defect was discovered was that the construction sites shipped from the rebar manufacturing factory accounted for 61.5%.

     The mistake in the “number of manufacturing” in the A line occurred during the precision cutting process. This work was all handled manually by the workers, but all defects could be dealt with before shipping the manufacturing factory. All the rebar cutting machines are compatible with QR code reading, and the worker did not need to set the cutting dimensions and number of cuts. In the bending process, which is the next process of the cutting process, workers themselves input the manufacturing shape and number of manufacturing into the machine. All of the defects of the "manufacturing shape" in the C line occurred during bending. In this line, there is a machine that can read the QR code and performs cutting and bending with one unit, but it can only handle flat bending, and the three-dimensional shape was manually bent by the worker. In the loading yard of the C line, a bundle of rebar with “manufacturing instruction” lined up side by side, and it was confirmed that the driver in charge of carrying into the construction site looked for the manufacturing instructions.

     Depending on the manufacturing machine, by linking with the QR code, the procedure did not depend on confirmation by workers, but all work was not linked with digitized manufacturing information, so it was partially optimized, and defects at the manufacturing site caused by the confirmation by workers. In the future, by clarifying the relationship between the manufacturing information handled in the manufacturing process at the manufacturing site and the production information used at the construction site, and digitizing manufacturing information and studying the possibility of managing it consistently, we think that it will be possible to build a workflow for rebar manufacturing and assembly using ICT which not only to ensures quality but also to improves productivity.
