The result of part 1 in this study is that the enterprises which adopted ‘agency system’ went well by developping pre-designed house.
The purpose of part 2 is to clarify what happened to industrialized house during the changes housing market in the 1990's. The results are as follows:
(1) Housing market had expanded from the 1980's, but has reduced from 1997.
(2) The request for floor plans, interior and exterior design and equipments of industrialized house has been deversified. Therefore, the enterpises which adopted ‘direct system’ and sold customized house mainly went well while the enterpises which adopted ‘agency system’ did not. Therefore, they changed their sales-construction system from ‘agency system’ to ‘direct system’ in the early 2000's.
