This paper focuses on the changes of the facility layout plan to clarify the urban planning characteristics of the Ichinomiya Textile Wholesale District completed in 1971. In the stage from the original plan to the revised plan, the road plan, communal facilities in the center of the district, and the relationship between wholesale stores and the city were modified. In the final plan, it was confirmed that detailed adjustments were made while following the policy. As an urban planning characteristic, it was pointed that the centrality of the layout plan matched the characteristics of the project.
