That investigation and research, the purpose of which is to work out the adequate plans for all the residents, will elucidate the fact of how the general workers differ from the housewives on the characters they express when they use the City hall and other places of meeting in Matsudo. The examination was conducted on the general workers and their wives, living in Matsudo. The statistical test by the binomial probability-paper and the one by the sign test were adopted as the method of analysis. Although we couldn't find so remarkable difference between the two, the findings of our inquiry unfold the distinct mark like this; That is the utilization in the side of the wives is passive on both of its frequency and substance and that in the side of on the contrary, is active. When we consider above mentioned metters it seems that the workers are wishing for those places to keep association while the housewives to keep communication.
