Abstract
It is the purpose of this paper to research into actual conditions and structure of "basic kinetic fields" on which farmer is based, and clear planning unit of housing block planning and public facilities planning for hereafter rural regional planning. As a result of this Report "Basic Kinetic fields" is composed by organization of four territories; <Kumi>, <Buraku>, <Oaza>, <Chiku>; and Organizations of Product and life consistin each territory. This Report considered corelation between "Basic kinetic fields" and famer's life from the number of houses, population, and area point of view, in thirteen districts of the whole country.
