Abstract
This paper analyses information concerning 201 Public Training Centres for Youth and details of the use of 18 of these centres. The contents of this report are as follows : 1. Method and time required for investigation. 2. Scale and classification of the functions of the centres. 3. Organization of rooms. (organization of sections, hierarchy of rooms in each establishment, and information about rooms which are used in common.) 4. Utilization-rate. (calculation of utilization-rate, correspondence with the system, and variation per month between staying guests and day-visitors.) 5. Classification of users. (classification of age and sex by establishment and by organization or group to which it belongs.) 6. Type of activity. (average and difference from the average of these establishments by ratio of activity.) 7. Distance from user's home. (curved line of utilized distance and 50% utilized distance of each establishment.) 8. Distribution of place of residence of persons using the centres. (type and inclination of the distribution of each establishment.) 9. Relationship of place of residence and the situation of the centre considered on a rental or auspice system, and relationship of the distribution of residence of users. 10. Change in distribution of users when the establishments are increased in number. 11. Summary 12. Conclusion
