抄録
The purpose of the paper is to study the influence and development on regional landscape planning, after laws were established. I would like to clear up two main points in the case of Siena prefecture in Tuscany State; (1) content and decision-making of the regional planning between inside and outside of the prefecture administration, (2) a method of progressing Local Agenda21 among the local governments (communes), coordinators and citizens. The research methodology was to interview different sections of the administration like territory management, environmental policy, agriculture and forest, the communes as well.
