抄録
This paper aims to clarify the consideration change of the staff who is related to the repair process at nursing home where the repair is scheduled in the future.
The results of the analysis are as follows.
1. In the repair process by the staff, the organization that becomes a nucleus is necessary.
2. Especially, there was a change in the idea concerning staffs “Dead angle” and “Purpose of making to the pribate room”.
