With operation of “Special Designated Zoning” in Hyogo Prefecture, it become clear the problems of City Land-Use in the Urbanization Control Area. These are the adjustment base about the Section related city planning and Section related to agriculture, Residents and City of Town Administration and Prefecture Administration.
