抄録
The objective of this study is to disclose the structure of Construction Engineering Organization (CEO) and applying system of National Building Codes (NBC) in Iran. The intension of this paper is to understand the effect of CEO in applying system of NBC. The analysis consists of three chapters as follows: Chapter 2 explicates the structure of CEO and its relationship with government. Chapter 3 explicates the organizations that take part of NBC applying system. Chapter 4 explicates the building confirmation system of the NBC.
