Assignment about the rebuilding of a suffering building damaged by The Great East Japan Earthquake disaster is an urgent problem. It is essential that utilizing an existing building by earthquake-resistant refurbishment in aiming at the sustainable society. In this report, I describe the following 3 points about design technique of Refining architecture. 1.Refurbishment design process until the start of construction in the earthquake-resistant repair plan of the apartment which caught the partial destruction authorization of Sendai City. 2.Preliminary investigation before a design. 3.Process of refurbishment designing.
