To clarify building green-tourism practitioners network in the prefectural region, investigations of hearing to the 6 precedent cases and questionnaires of Tochigi Green-Tourism Network were put into practice. Through analysis, the results are summarized as follows: 1) the network is desirable not only to assure internal revenue sources and full-time staffs but to be composed of plural sub-regional network and these cooperation; 2) the network should focus on providing the members training opportunities for business progression and information according to their needs; 3) the network should also supply diversified program of rural experiences to urban residents working with travel agents.
