This paper aims to develop new continuous workshop which support inhabitant’s starting of their community development project. Firstly, I designed continuous 3 workshops starting from assessment of rural community toward to design original project by inhabitants of rural community and held workshop program at two communities. Secondly, I interviewed inhabitants who have started their community development activities through this workshops. And finally, I clarified the reason why the inhabitants could start the project and indispensable condition of rural community.
