Act on Special Measures concerning Urban Reconstruction amended in 2014. It enabled governments to establish Location optimization plans aiming compact city planning. It seems to increase cities which promote to establish Location Optimization Plan. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to organize about induction area of formulated Location Optimization Plans, to determine if existing relevant plans consistency and then make clear planning policy based on the policy of land use for outside induction area and induction method of inside induction area.
