The purpose of this research is to present a flow for organizing the renovation policies to the “The guidelines for the construction” of the kindergarten by collating the guidelines with the problems that the staff felt. First, the renovation policy sorting flow using the “The guidelines for the construction” and the staff questionnaire was established in six stages ① to ⑥. As a result, a part of the concrete facility development to be improved was clarified, and a direction could be shown for the renovation in line with the actual situation of kindergarten.
