Prototypes and Practical test types were designed and constructed step by step to develop the self-built kit house system “DEL Model” which open the all housing process to the general public. Presenting the system conditions and specification selection indexes for the required performance, comprehensive systematized specifications was presented with a multifaceted analysis conducted for each complex issue in addition to each single specification item.
