The exchange of the housing and living information is one of the subjects of housing master plan in the housing policy of local government. The purpose of this paper is to examine a future subject with grasping the present condition of the housing and living information which a local government provides. It was found through the survey results that it is necessary to reexamine the contents and methods of present housing and living information service. Sending of the objective and correct information by local government is important to support a consumer's proper housing choice.
