抄録
Criticizes the theories of Ono, Osa, Fujibayashi and other people. Library phenomena, which is hisorical individuality, is hardly interpreted with system and laws to be set up. History of libraries should be the most fundamental in library science, in order to interpret the library as historical individuality in terms of ‘cause and effect’.
