Agricultural cooperatives' finance system in Japan is going through the first big turning point since it's establishment after World War II. This paper brings to light the drastic change in this system since the latter half of 1970's and approaches the new tasks of this system in the future, from the standpoints of farmer and agricultural cooperatives.
