This paper analyzed actual condition and long-time transition of sphere in the area. The object area selected Iwate Prefecture, and it used statistical data for the investigation. The extraction of the sphere was carried out using commutation and attending school, and buying behavior indices. And, 2 kinds of reference value were used. As the result, increase of the flow and diversification of the activity base became clear. And, it was possible to observe the characteristic transition in individual area. In the background, the stable and structural sphere which traces the calm transition seems to be latent.
