This study focuses on a consciousness of an inhabitant after an abandoning local railway. In an inconvenience area of a public transport, many peoples have own car. And they do not use a public transport. Then, a public transport in this area is abandoned. Inhabitants of this area are disappointed for an area. As a result of this study, it was found that a consciousness of an inhabitant was different from a frequency to use of a public transport instead of an abandoned railway. And a person with a little use of a transport had negative consciousness.
