抄録
The purpose of this article is to rethink about the various effects and damages caused by the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nucler Power Plant Accident, and to discuss on the significance and limitation of “Economic Accounting” especially in relating to “pecuniary compensation” for the type of “non-monetary losses” and also the type of “non-monetary expenses(burdens)” suffering from those effects and damages.
