The purpose of this papaer is to clarify the actual condition of the seasonal migration in a group between island and mainland, new inhabitaion by this way. We researched Mayi island in Dalian China, villge people have constructed new village in mainland Dagigea town, because of stopping to going a ship for freezing sea in winter. All village people have lived this island other season and migrated new village for 3 months in winter since the last day of November 2OO2. Village goverment payed most of this cost. Use of this 2 inhabited place, seasonal migration in a group, will contribute Mayi pepole's community. This system of dwelling indcade new knowledge for study inhabitation and local welfare.
