微分イオン交換クロマトグラフィーによるカドミウムの定量

抄録

A derivative method in ion exchange chromatography, which is based on the measurement of the difference in electrical conductance across a dead space at the column outlet, has been applied to an experiment of elution of cadmium ion with 0.01M hydrochloric acid-25% by volume methanol mixture by use of an anion exchange resin, Amberlite CG-400.
This method gave a calibration curve of good linearity over the range of 160500 μg Cd.
