Abstract

In this research, we focused on the river use in Nihonbashi River, and grasped the transition of the approach toward waterfront opening and the cooperation system of the organization groups related to it. As a result, in the case of Nihonbashigawa's efforts, an organization that supports cooperation within the region was built with the initiative of the administration led, and then developed into the approach of river use led by the private sector. In addition, we captured the characteristics of an intermediate organization that promotes opinion coordination and cooperation among organizational groups in the area.
