The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between sky view factor (SVF) and land surface temperature (LST) at high resolution. The SVF was calculated using a digital surface model with a resolution of 2 m, and the distribution of LST was made with a 2 m resolution using the thermal imaging camera which was installed on the helicopter. Then, we analyzed the relationship between SVF and LST both in daytime and night-time. Simple urban model was made and was simulated and the relationship between the simulated SVF and LST was compared. The results showed that the relationship between the SVF and the LST at high-resolution has positive correlation where a higher value of the SVF correspond to a higher value of the LST. Similar results were also shown in the simulation.
