Comparative Analysis of Residents’ Consciousness Regarding to Living Environment and Social Capital in Urban Development Project Area

Abstract

We analyzed influence of satisfaction with living environment and social capital of occupants upon satisfaction with whole of Seinan area, where finished urban development project in 2013. As a result, we found satisfaction of living environment has influence on satisfaction with whole of Seinan area. And difference items of living environment have influence on satisfaction with whole of Seinan area at Mukainakano and Kita-Iioka district where inside the Seinan area. But social capital has not influence on satisfaction with whole of Seinan area. It has suggested to inspect that possibility of application of social capital to urban problem where it's not long since area from new urban development.
