Five sarcosine-containing bradykinin analogs such as 2-, 3-, and 7-sarosine, 2, 3-disarcosine, and 2, 3, 7-trisarcosine bradykinins were synthesized Biological activities of these analogs were compared with those of synthetic bradykinin.
