Abstract
The 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of viomycin, dihydroviomycin and broxoviomycin were measured. Most of the resonance lines in their spectra were assigned on the basis of the spectra of constituted amino acids. The spectra were reasonably interpreted by the proposed structures of viomycin and its derivatives.
