1A16 CPA(Continuous Pinwheel Alignment)モードにおける透過率向上の検討(ディスプレイ)

抄録

We have proposed a CPA (Continuous Pinwheel Alignment) mode, a vertical alignment mode aligned by oblique electric field, as one of wide viewing angle modes. We will report the method how the transmittance increases by using a optical rotatory power rather than a birefringence with adding a chiral agent.
