We investigated charge carrier transport in a bicontinuous cubic liquid crystal phase of a thiophene derivative by time of flight (TOF) measurement. Thiophene derivatives are known to have high carrier mobility as organic semiconductors. In the bicontinuous phase, the thiophene cores form continuous structure, in which charge carriers can transport. By the excitation of 355 nm pulse light, we observed both positive and negative charge flows in the bicontinuous phase. We will present the details of TOF signals and carrier transport in this material.
