Synchrotron radiation XRD technique was applied to analyze the nano-structure of the composites of a liquid crystalline semiconductor (9TNAT9) and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT), which exhibit the highest level of hole mobility for the well-aligned P3HT reported so far. It was indicated that an amount of 9TNAT9 resolved in P3HT surely enhances the - interaction among polymer backbones, probably due to partial pinning of the polymer chains caused by 9TNAT9 molecules.
