抄録
1. Contents of various carbohydrate in liver and blood sugar values are measured with the purpose to find out the effect of mesoxalate on the deposition of glycogen in livers of normal and alloxan diabetic rabbits.
2. Injection of mesoxalate solution accelerates the deposition of glycogen in both livers of normal and of diabetic rabbits, and in the latter case the deposition of glycogen is more significant.
