抄録
1) The effects of PMS on female sexual organ weights of immature mice were studied.
2) In statistical analysis, we chose the cubic roots of both ovarian weights and uterine weight as the metameter of the response.
The relationships between logarithm dose and metameter was found to be linear and the reproducibility was confirmed.
These results will be valuable for the purpose of quantitative assay.
