Evaluation of Fluoro Resin Powder Coating Film Performance

Abstract

It was evaluated various coating film performance of the powder coating which attracted attention as coating in consideration for environment because of non volatile organic compounds (VOC)exhaused. That were showed same class good coating performance more than it in comparison with the solvent system fluoro resin coatings that high weatherability had been used for confirmation fluororesin powder coating by previous announcement so far and an abroad polyester resin powder coating with many results. In addition, in consideration of the case that I adopted in decoration curtain wall, it was evaluated the adhesive property with sealing materials. As a result, all of the fluororesin powder coating had good adhesion with two liquid form anamorphic silicone-based sealing materials, too. On the other hand, a problem was left in the adhesive property with two liquid form telechelic polyacrylate sealing materials.
