In this study， we cultured land snail in diet controlling conditions and did not observe obvious carbon isotope fractionation between adult snails and their offspring. We expected a relationship of slope around 1 between δ13C of snail shell carbonate and their food once we can feed them long enough. Finally， we found snails have discrimination to choose C3/C4 plants for food.
