Design of GPI standard pin cap fitting

Abstract

GPI standards are based on functional design that can set coupling 150%, pin cap adhesive strength 80%, pipe seal strength up to 20 to 30% by tightening torque of internal pressure breaker, assuming pipe strength 100%. The GPI standard pin cap has a function to satisfy the GPI quality assurance system which brings the adhesive strength of the pipe and the coupling and the breaker thread face seal function.
