The treatment of erythema nodosum leprosum with N M C presented a good result. We can apply this drug, continuing the treatment of leprosy, to both acute and chronic cases, without any side reaction. The agency of N M C should be comprehended to neutralize the toxic substance produced by allergic reaction.
