Abstract
Toyota regarded as a representative of a unification management practice attracts attention as a symbol of the Japanese model innovation from all over the world. As a result of having examined what kind of superiority this Japanese model innovation company had in comparison with the American model by a precedence study, we got knowledge about importance of the basic thought. In comparison of a Japanese model about this basic thought and the American model, we show one frame about the difference that is succeeded to as a hypothesis. With that in mind, we pay attention to the global competing household appliance industry and apply this frame to Sharp thought about with a practitioner of the Japanese model and examine adaptability.
