Abstract
At this article propose "Sanpo-Yoshi" KPI to Project Management methodology. The project management methodology is setting the most important KPI of the project to QCD (a quality, cost, period for tax payment), and We can say that this is conquering a trilemma. However, in order to achieve the social responsibility of a project considered Relief, We cannot declare that it is the indicator which is having all stakeholders taken into consideration. Therefore, This article propose the managerial index which achieves a larger social responsibility in which included QCD.
