Strategic management at corporate level has been conducted for upgrading performances in global competition. The organizations have been transformed to the holding corporation consisted of companies for diversification and decentralization. The corporation handles the domain strategy while companies should assume accountability on business units and innovations. The author notes specifically and explicates program strategy management. It is not easy to achieve results by innovations of 15〜20% share in the performances. The method, however, could avoid overlapping investments, generate synergies among projects and would ensure steady executions.
