Abstract
Both IoT and Industry 4.0 have become an international standard. Japanese manufacturing industries should expand their efforts to keep up with this world trend. Not only should Japanese workers in different industries have the knowledge about hard-software but they should also have data analysis and problem solving know-how’s. The Human Innovation Consulting, Inc. at Aoyama Gakuin University has been keen in developing the human resource development program, while the firm also tries to foster various producers to help achieve these qualities enumerated above. The Aoyama Gakuin program utilizes the concept of Project & Program Management termed (P2M). Against these ackgrounds, this research hopes to discuss the achievements of the program as well as the Smart Factory Project’s curriculum. The result of P2M application and its future prospect will similarly be put on the agenda.
