Abstract
The town development business tends to cross multiple fields, and it is considered that a specialist with advanced technology is required as an integrated manager. In addition, town development is often an administrative collaboration project, which is different from general private projects. If that perspective is not taken into consideration, there will be discrepancies in the analysis and realization scenarios of program stakeholders. Therefore, I thought that a management model for town development of administrative cooperation was necessary. Therefore, in the basic concept of the consolidation and abolition of elementary schools and the relocation project to higher ground in the reconstruction of the disaster area, which I was involved in, I will verify the profiling management required in the scheme model among the six categories of integrated management of P2M theory.
