It is my great pleasure to held the 4th International Biophilia Rehabilitation Conference in Berlin on September 23rd, 2005. One of the objectives of the conference is to make a global network for researchers and people who work for the rehabilitation medicine not only in the practical fields, but also in the basic research laboratories.
