A rapid e-Learning system including the production and distribution of e-learning streaming contents with animation and laser pointer has been developed. The KUMA (Kumamoto Universal and Multipurpose Authoring) system for the video conversion is improved as a core of the Rapid e-Learning system. About 100 students are able to access the contents at the same time by adjusting a transmission rate. The application server as Windows is improved by using the Java Servlet.
