Automatic Detection of Urination and Visualization of Voiding Pattern using Ultrasonic Residual Urine Instrument

Abstract

In this paper, we proposed a method for automatic detection of urination based on the measurement results by the ultrasonic residual urine instrument. We also proposed a method to visualize the voiding pattern by an approximate curve. From this, while reducing the work burden of patients with lower urinary tract symptoms and assistants, it is possible to efficiently carry out the diagnosis of the doctor and the coordination of the urination care team and lead the patient in the direction of urination independence.
